Sugarcane Juice | Ganne ka Rus is one of the favorite Drinks of mine. Sugarcane juice is extracted from the cane by pressing it through iron rollers or sugarcane machine. It is beneficial and energizing. It contains about 15 % natural sugar. The juice can also be used for drinking or sweetening. In hot summer days, it is a freshening drink. It is consumed as a beverage in many places, especially where sugarcane is commercially grown such as Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, Egypt, and Latin America. Sugarcane juice is not only like any other sweet juices but it has many other nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
